Naturopathy, Nutrition & Homeopathy for Women & Families
Supporting women’s hormones, metabolism and children’s health with personalised, evidence-informed care.
How I Help Women and Families
I work with women, mums and children who are tired of conflicting advice and quick-fix approaches. My role is to help you understand what your body needs and create a plan that is practical, sustainable and tailored to real life.
A structured, personalised nutrition program designed to stabilise blood sugar, support metabolism and improve hormonal balance particularly when weight, energy or insulin resistance are part of the picture.
Metabolic Balance® Program
Women’s Hormones & Metabolic Health
Support for hormonal imbalance, fatigue, mood changes, weight fluctuations and perimenopause. Care may include targeted nutrition, lifestyle support and personalised programs depending on your needs.
Children’s & Family Health
Gentle naturopathic and homeopathic care for children and families, supporting immunity, digestion, behaviour and long-term resilience.
Some clients are also supported using Emotional Release Technique (ERT) — a gentle approach that can help address emotional patterns contributing to physical symptoms.
"Take care of your body.
It's the only place you have to live in”
Jim Rohn
When Weight Won’t Shift, There’s Usually More Going On
For many women, stubborn weight gain is closely linked to blood sugar regulation, hormones, stress and metabolism — not lack of effort. This is especially common during perimenopause, after long periods of dieting, or when life has been demanding for a long time.
Metabolic Balance® is the well-established, personalised program I use when nutrition needs to be more targeted. It is a personalised approach designed to stabilise blood sugar, support metabolic health and create sustainable change but without extremes or ongoing restriction.
It is particularly useful when hormonal shifts and/or insulin resistance are part of the picture.
Metabolic Balance® is also supported through my Metabolic Magic program. This is structured guidance designed to help you between appointments. It’s a self-paced library of education, recipes and worksheets to support the process week by week.
Hi, I’m Sarah
I came to natural medicine over 25 years ago because I wanted something different for my own family. I wanted options beyond repeated antibiotics and short-term fixes, and I wanted to understand what was actually happening in the body. I wanted something on hand at 3am, when kids are unwell and decisions feel heavy.
I started simply, with food. Real food. Then I discovered homeopathy, which gave me practical tools when medical care wasn’t immediately available, and clarity about when it was needed. We always sought medical advice when appropriate but over time, we needed it far less.
That curiosity turned into formal study and eventually a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), alongside qualifications in nutrition and homeopathy. My earlier degree in literature and drama is still relevant in my work, because bodies, like stories, have themes, patterns and turning points. I’m not interested in silencing symptoms; I’m interested in understanding the narrative behind them.
Today, I work with women and families to create sustainable physical and emotional health that adapts over time. I am not about quick fixes, or extremes, just thoughtful, personalised care that makes sense in real life.
